When you submit a B2B inquiry, we may collect your name, company, work email, WhatsApp number, destination country, requested product or sequence, volume, packaging scope, timeline, and project notes. We may also collect advertising attribution parameters and basic technical information required to operate and secure the website.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to assess technical feasibility, prepare quotations, answer questions, coordinate contracted production and analytical resources, prevent abuse, and maintain records of business communications. We do not sell personal information.
Inquiry delivery and service providers
Inquiry information may be transmitted through our form-delivery provider, email infrastructure, WhatsApp, analytics services enabled with consent, and contracted service providers needed to respond to the request. Providers receive only the information needed for their role.
International transfers and retention
B2B inquiries may be reviewed across countries where our team or contracted service providers operate. We retain information only as long as reasonably required for the inquiry, legal obligations, dispute handling, and repeat supply discussions.
